Plans change — we understand. Our refund tiers below are designed to give you flexibility up to the day before your trip, while protecting the preparations we make on your behalf (hotel bookings, transport arrangements, guides, and activities).

Cancel your trip a week or more in advance and get 70% of your total payment refunded.

3 Days Before Trip

Cancel 3 days before departure and get 50% back — we've already started preparations.

REFUND

1 Day Before Trip

Cancel the day before departure and receive 30% — most costs are non-recoverable by this point.

After Trip Starts

No refunds once your trip has begun — all arrangements have been deployed.

How to Cancel Your Booking

Contact us by WhatsApp or Email as early as possible with your Booking Reference.
Our team will confirm your cancellation within 2 hours during office hours.
The applicable refund (per the tiers above) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Additional Terms

Force Majeure: Cancellations due to natural disasters, border closures, or government-ordered travel restrictions may qualify for additional flexibility. Contact us to discuss.
Weather-related postponements: In case of extreme weather affecting safety, we will offer free rescheduling to the next available dates.
Refund processing: Bank transfers: 5–10 working days. Card refunds: as per your bank's policy.
Non-refundable components: Government permits, air/train tickets purchased through third parties, and membership fees are generally non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Free rescheduling available up to 7 days before the trip, subject to availability.
Partial cancellations (e.g., reducing group size) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
